Trainer’s Corner: Leadership

A strong team leads to lower turnover and higher productivity. Strengthen the leadership capabilities of your managers to build up your entire team of employees.

NRHA gives you the opportunity to develop your key employees to be better managers and take the next step in their careers. The Foundations of Leadership Program is a 16-week, online leadership development course designed to cultivate leaders within your business. It was developed with guidance from leading independent home improvement retailers and course instructors who specialize in leadership development and entrepreneurship.

The online course is divided into six learning modules, each of which can be completed within a two-week period to accommodate students’ busy schedules. Students are also encouraged to collaborate with others in the class and with instructors to enhance the learning experience.

If you want to start developing the next generation of leaders, there’s still time to register for the Spring 2020 Session. The registration deadline for that session is Jan. 3, 2020, so reach out today to get started.
