Lowe’s recently revealed the 2025 Lowe’s Hometowns projects, 100 community-nominated, large-scale renovations aimed at revitalizing nonprofit and community spaces.
“At Lowe’s, we believe we have a fundamental responsibility to improve the places we all call home,” says Marvin Ellison, Lowe’s chairman and CEO. “Lowe’s Hometowns is a true demonstration of how Lowe’s red vest associates across the country show up and help. Working alongside nonprofit partners, each project delivers real, life-changing impact to the communities we serve.”
Lowe’s Hometowns is a $100-million, five-year initiative that will facilitate projects like expanding kitchen and serving capacity at food pantries and revitalizing transitional housing facilities, parks, gardens and building rest spaces for first responders. Lowe’s volunteers will also contribute to over 1,700 associate-selected community improvement projects across the country.
