Decks & Docks Company, a specialty distributor of composite decking, recently announced it has acquired J&W Lumber, an outdoor building materials company based in Southern California.
Following the acquisition, J&W owner Clyde Jennings will continue leading the company.

J&W will also retain its team and its company name following the acquisition.
