The Hillman Group announced three executive leadership promotions as the company aims to bolster innovation, growth and new perspectives. Since becoming a publicly traded operation in 2021, Hillman has placed an increased emphasis on supporting its people through this transition.
Aaron Parker has been named vice president of human resources, Amanda Kitzberger is now vice president general counsel and secretary and Scott Moore is chief technology officer. Each of these leaders exhibit a servant leadership style and growth mindset that puts Hillman employees, customers and shareholders first, says Hillman Group president and CEO Doug Cahill.
“At Hillman Group, we know that our success is a result of empowering employees at every level to serve our customers and shareholders well,” Cahill says. “This involves choosing leaders who are human-centered, innovative and deeply invested in seeing their teams prosper. I am thrilled to have Aaron, Amanda and Scott in these critical positions. They have been with Hillman for years and already have an intimate understanding of our business, culture and the direction we must go. I’m confident they will help set the right foundation as we move forward and mature as a publicly traded company.”
Parker has years of experience in human resources management and leadership, holding prominent roles at both Macy’s and Fifth Third Bank before joining Hillman Group in 2020 as director of human resources.
Kitzberger’s career has included leading legal, ethics and human resource functions at various global technology manufacturing companies. Kitzberger joined Hillman in 2019 as assistant general counsel before moving to the vice president of human resources role in 2021.
Moore has over 20 years of executive experience across a wide range of industries and brings a unique ROI-driven approach to technology enablement. Prior to joining Hillman, Moore held leadership positions at IBM and founded several successful startups.
