Westlake Ace Hardware Locations Partner With City of Hope

Last September, Westlake Ace Hardware stores joined forces with cancer research and treatment organization, City of Hope, turning everyday hardware purchases into funds to support cancer patients. 

“We are deeply grateful to Ace Hardware and its customers for joining us in the fight against cancer,” says Joe Watterson, vice president of corporate philanthropy at City of Hope. “This partnership reflects a powerful commitment to community and compassion, uniting Ace Hardware’s dedication to serving people across the country with City of Hope’s efforts to advance cancer research and treatment.” 

During the fundraiser, participating stores offered an option for customers to roundup their purchase to help fund life-changing cancer research through City of Hope. Select stores in California, Buikema’s Ace Hardware in the Chicago area and Westlake Ace locations in Oklahoma, Texas and New Mexico all participated in the fundraiser.
