Hardware Retailing The Industry's Source for Insights and Information
Ace Retail Group announced today that it will open a new Westlake Ace Hardware in Fenton, Missouri, a suburban community of 28,000 area residents in the greater St. Louis area. Ace Retail Group currently owns and operates six Westlake Ace Hardware locations in the St. Louis area: Ballwin, Brentwood, Maryland Heights, Crestwood St. Peters and Washington.
The store will be at 99 Old Sugar Creek Road in a free-standing, approximately 12,500-square-foot building (formerly a Goodwill store) with about 11,000 square feet of retail space, a large parking lot and easy access from New Sugar Creek Road. Remodeling is scheduled to begin in early 2027, with a soft opening anticipated for summer 2027.
“We’re excited to bring the Ace Helpful Promise to Fenton,” says Bob Massengill, president of Ace Retail Group. “Westlake Ace Hardware has been a trusted neighbor in the greater St. Louis area for many years, and this store gives us the chance to serve even more homeowners with reliable service, helpful advice and the products they need to get their projects done right.”
