A new Westlake Ace Hardware location in Wesley Chapel, North Carolina, has officially opened its doors for business.
The 15,000-square-foot store will celebrate its grand opening on Dec. 5, with a grand opening sale running Dec. 4-6. Joel Taylor II, a retail veteran with more than 20 years of experience, serves as the store’s general manager. Taylor has a people-first leadership style rooted in integrity, accountability and exceptional customer service. He graduated from Fayetteville State University and later continued his business education at the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
“We don’t open a store just to sell hardware. We open one to become part of a community,” says Bob Massengill, president of Ace Retail Group, parent company of Westlake Ace Hardware. “When our neighbors walk through the doors at the new Wesley Chapel store, they will immediately feel the passion Joel and his team have for helping people find the right solution and get their household projects done.”
