As the holiday season quickly approaches, Walmart is arming its customers with a variety of ways to purchase holiday essentials, including a new Express Pickup option, allowing customers to quickly pick up curbside orders.
Customers can place an order in the Walmart app and it can be ready for curbside pickup in as soon as one hour. Walmart+ members can access to unlimited Express Pickup without a fee. Express Pickup is currently available at 500 stores and will expand nationwide in the coming weeks.
The company introduced Shop to Light earlier this month, a new digital shelf label feature controlled by the Walmart app to help customers easily find items on the shelves. Walmart is also continues to help customers with holiday purchases through drone delivery, one-hour express delivery and scheduled delivery options.
