Looking back on the past 12 months, the North American Retail Hardware Association (NRHA) has made quite an impact this year. Your association launched and released many exciting programs, services and events. Additionally, NRHA added six new employees to its staff who all work hard every day to provide independent retailers with the resources and materials they need to succeed. Basic Retail Accounting

This year, NRHA added a new discussion group to its long list of retailer roundtables. Designed to connect the future leaders of our industry, the Young Guns Roundtable creates an environment for high-impact young retailers to share ideas and network. Foundations of Leadership Program
This 16-week online course is now available under NRHA’s Retail Leadership Institute. The course is designed for new and upcoming independent retail leaders and teaches students their personal leadership styles and the key concepts of leadership.
