There’s Even More to Learn at the 2025 IHI Conference Partner Events

With a dynamic lineup of expert-led sessions, panel discussions and opportunities to make connections with peers, manufacturers and service providers, the 2025 Independent Home Improvement Conference (IHI Conference) will take place July 30-31 at the stunning JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes.

In addition to the IHI Conference schedule of events, partner events hosted by Do it Best and True ValueEpicor and Orgill will take place on July 29 and 30. All IHI Conference attendees are free to attend these educational sessions and exclusive seminars that will promote independent home improvement channel camaraderie and idea sharing.


Do it Best and True Value

Addressing hot topics impacting the independent channel, Do it Best and True Value will host two informational sessions presented by Stefanie Couch, a nationally recognized speaker, lifelong leader in the hardware and building industry and strategic brand partner for Do it Best and True Value. At 10 a.m., the session “Unmistakable: Why Visibility Is Leadership” will show business owners how to turn visibility into a real growth strategy. The 2 p.m. session “AI Unleashed: Embracing the Power of AI and Automation” breaks down what AI really means for independent business owners.  Visit the IHI Conference for a description of each session.


Epicor

Epicor will host several training sessions on Tuesday, July 29, to share with attendees on the products and services they provides for retail operations. Topics will include Epicor pricing tools and Epicor Eagle, and one session will feature an open Q&A. Visit the IHI Conference for a description of each session.


Orgill

The Orgill Partner Event begins at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, July 29, with the opening of the Orgill Services Area, where attendees can explore the tools, programs and support Orgill offers. Orgill educational sessions also begin at 8 a.m., covering tariffs, cost volatility, store planning, assortment strategy, managing payroll, employee loyalty, strategies for selling paint and the new Orgill Innovation Center. At 3 p.m., the Orgill Technology Symposium will focus on the latest innovations shaping independent retail, from real-world lessons in tech implementation to breakthrough strategies in electronic shelf labels (ESLs) and loyalty programs. That evening, the Orgill Cocktail Reception from 5 to 8 p.m. will be the place to unwind with live music, enjoy delicious hors d’oeuvres and mingle with fellow retailers, vendors and industry leaders. 

On Wednesday, July 30, the Orgill Services Area will be open until 12:30 p.m.
