Target recently announced Michael Fiddelke as CEO, starting Feb. 2, 2026.

Fiddelke emphasized under his leadership, Target’s strategy will be focused on elevating the guest experience, accelerating technology and strengthening the team.
The retailer announced Fiddelke’s promotion in August 2025.
