Sunshine Ace Hardware Surpasses $500,000 in Donations to Children’s Miracle Network

Sunshine Ace Hardware’s annual holiday roundup campaign raised $56,489, pushing the company’s cumulative fundraising total for Children’s Miracle Network above $500,000.

Throughout November and December, customers and Sunshine Ace Hardware stores in Collier, Lee, Charlotte and Pinellas counties joined those at Crowder Bros. Ace Hardware locations in Manatee County in rounding up their purchase or choosing a specific dollar amount to donate at checkout. Sunshine Ace matched a portion of donations, bringing the company’s cumulative fundraising total to $544,541 for Children’s Miracle Network.

“From pediatric health care and youth programs to water quality, our customers and associates are always generous supporters of charitable causes,” says Michael Wynn, president of Sunshine Ace Hardware. “When our community comes together to make a difference in the lives of local children and families, we make every cent count.”

Donations made at Sunshine Ace Hardware stores in Collier, Lee and Charlotte counties support Golisano Children’s Hospital of Southwest Florida through Children’s Miracle Network. Donations at Sunshine Ace Hardware in Pinellas County and Crowder Bros. Ace Hardware stores in Manatee County support Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg through Children’s Miracle Network.
