Stanley Black & Decker announced Deborah K Wintner as senior vice president, chief human resources officer (CHRO). She joins the executive team effective Aug. 1, 2024.
Wintner recently served as Stanley’s Black & Decker’s senior vice president of human resource operations of tools and outdoors. In her new role, Wintner will be responsible for the company’s global human resources strategy and operations.

Wintner has more than 30 years of experience in human resources, serving the last six years in a variety of senior leadership roles at Stanley Black & Decker.
