SRS Distribution Inc. announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Lohmiller & Company, a wholesale distributor of HVAC equipment serving customers through four locations in Colorado. The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, Lohmiller was founded in 1990 and is owned and operated today by Tim Brooks, Mark Brown and Roger Lee, who will continue to lead the business going forward.
