SRS Distribution Acquires Texas Roofing Distributor

SRS Distribution Inc., a building products distributor owned by The Home Depot, announced its acquisition of Roadrunner Roofing Supply, Inc., a wholesale distributor of residential roofing and related accessories. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Arlington, Texas, Roadrunner Roofing Supply Inc. employs a team of 21 people. The company’s management team will continue to lead the business going forward, ensuring continuity and consistency for customers, suppliers and employees.
