Rodda Paint Acquires Miller Paint Co.

Rodda Paint Co., in partnership with the Cloverdale Group, the largest Canadian paint manufacturer,  announced it has acquired Miller Paint, an ESOP rooted in the Pacific Northwest. Negotiations have been in place for several months and a deal has been reached. The total price for the acquisition has not been made public.

“This is an exciting new chapter for both companies,” says David Wolf, Rodda Paint president and COO. “Together, we’ll honor Miller Paint’s incredible legacy, while combining resources to elevate our service and strengthen our presence in the Pacific Northwest.”

This agreement brings together two large brands in the Pacific Northwest to better serve their communities.

“Joining forces with Rodda Paint enhances what Miller Paint stands for—quality, service, people and community—while also opening doors to greater opportunities for our customers and employees,” says Jason Palumbis, Miller Paint president and CEO.
