QXO announced Taylor Sommer as its new chief sales officer. Taylor has nearly three decades of experience building high-performance sales organizations, scaling operations and driving revenue growth.
Sommer retired from Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC), one of the largest beverage alcohol distributors in the U.S., after 26 years, where he held multiple roles, including executive vice president and most recently, chief sales officer.
At RNDC, Sommer led large-scale, multi-state operations, directed statewide commercial strategy and oversaw thousands of team members across sales, operations and executive leadership functions.
Sommer joins the QXO team after it announced its $2.25 billion acquisition of Kodiak Building Products.
