PFlow industries aims to reach retailers seeking space saving, low-maintenance lifts with their D Series Hydraulic Vertical Lift. Created to lift up to 3,000 pounds, the D Series moves pallets, boxes and other materials up to 15 feet vertically and is designed to fit in smaller spaces.
PFlow names itself a trailblazer in vertical reciprocating conveyor (VRC) technology. The D Series Hydraulic Lift operates at speeds of up to 25 feet per minute and measures as large as 6-feet wide by 6-feet long. Safety features for the lift include pressure switches, velocity fuses, mechanical stops and check valves, which all meet ASME B20.1 safety requirements.
The D Series features a Dual-Pak system, increasing durability and minimizing the need for maintenance. The Dual-Pak configuration is cylindrical, eliminating cables, chains and other components prone to wear and tear. The cylindrical guides also prevent twisting during operation.
The D Series is usable in manufacturing, automotive and retail spaces. PFlow claims the lift can be stored in previously inaccessible areas in backrooms, storage areas and warehouses due to its space saving design and ease of use.
