Business owners can now take advantage of a new roadside assistance protection plan designed specifically for independent home improvement retailers.
North American Retail Hardware Association (NRHA) Business Services partner Member Insurance is now offering Member Roadside Assistance, which includes roadside protection for commercial vehicle fleets traveling in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico. Through the new program, businesses are protected 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
“We know our customers have businesses to run,” Scott Reynolds, president and CEO of Member Insurance, says. “Accidents and unwelcome breakdowns cost money and time. Because breakdowns usually aren’t covered by insurance, we are pleased to offer our members additional peace of mind by providing roadside assistance.”
Benefits available through the program include services like towing assistance, fuel delivery, lockout assistance, auto rental discounts, hotel savings and more. Specific benefits available depend on whether the vehicle is light, medium, heavy- or super-heavy-duty.
