NRHA Offers Free Retail Training Resources Through May 31

In the past few weeks, many businesses, including home improvement operations, have faced uncertainties and have been required to adjust operations to ensure employees and customers remain safe.

The COVID-19 pandemic has affected people across North America and the rest of the world. The team at the North American Retail Hardware Association (NRHA) is eager to help retailers and the entire home improvement industry.

Earlier this month, NRHA’s president and CEO and industry leaders from several wholesalers came together to urge lawmakers to deem home improvement retailers essential businesses to continue serving their communities. To review the letter, click here

To take our support one step further, the association would like to offer any independent home improvement retailer the opportunity to register and start using NRHA’s online training tools for free until May 31, 2020. These training tools are here for you and your employees to continue working on their vital retail skills.

We want to help our industry by giving you and your associates training opportunities to utilize during this time. To access our training site for free, please contact retail outreach coordinator Renee Changnon at nrha@nrha.org or visit nrha.org/membership. We’re here to help all our members strengthen their teams and support their businesses any way we can. Click here to see an overview of all 10 courses available for you and your team to use today.

If you want to chat with other retailers and share ideas, please register for the NRHA Forum and join the conversation today! The forum is a great way to connect with your fellow independent retailers during this unprecedented time in our history.
