NKBA Releases 2025 Kitchen and Bath Market Outlook

The National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) recently released its 2025 Kitchen and Bath Market Outlook, outlining the current state of the U.S. kitchen and bath industry and projections for the industry’s future.

The report notes the kitchen and bath industry is projected to generate $235 billion in revenue in 2025, marking a 0.8% increase from 2024.

New construction and single-family home kitchen and bath spending in the industry are both projected to decrease, by 1.1% and 0.5% respectively. Multifamily spending will likely see a more significant drop of 5.0%.

DIY kitchen and bath projects are expected to slow in growth while professionally led renovations are projected to increase by 2.9%.

The report also details topics like an overview of the fix-and-flip market’s impact on kitchen and bath spending, predicted number of homeowner, investor and builder-led projects and estimated price changes for kitchens and bath products in 2025.
