Mead Lumber has appointed Stephen West as the Region 3 manager. West will oversee operations across Mead Lumber locations in Montana, Colorado, Wyoming and South Dakota, succeeding the retiring manager, Jim Sturm.
West brings more than three decades of leadership experience in contractor relations and operations management. Most recently, West served as president of Zarsky Lumber in Texas, where he was responsible for seven locations and led company-wide efforts in operations, strategy and growth.
West also previously held executive roles on the professional contractor and retail side at Lowe’s and Safelite AutoGlass.
