Last Call to Improve Cash Flow

The clock is ticking for independent hardware and paint retailers looking to transform their financial management. The North American Hardware and Paint Association’s (NHPA) highly anticipated pilot course “Navigating Cash Flow: A Roadmap to True Financial Freedom” is just around the corner, taking place in Indianapolis on October 15-16.

Brian Young, consultant and cash flow expert, says business owners can get all-consumed with the daily issues, problems and opportunities and cash flow problems can quickly shrink up.

“Money doesn’t actually talk. It’s quiet. It’s not shouting at us and vying for our attention like our customers, employees, managers or others can be,” Young says. “When we have cash flow problems, not only can it be tough to pay bills, but we stop planning and expanding our businesses and go into survival mode. We circle the wagons and focus on just the essentials, and this is never good. We then get stressed, pessimistic and can forget what we’re truly wanting to accomplish with our stores and our big goal of who we want to touch and how.”

This unique course offers actionable cash flow strategies retailers can immediately implement to optimize their business’s financial health. Attendees will gain a comprehensive understanding of cash flow by addressing both revenue and expense aspects to uncover hidden profitability. As a bonus, attendees will have access to six weeks of virtual implementation sessions where they will receive personalized guidance from industry experts to effectively apply the strategies learned in the course.

This inaugural class is being offered at a special rate of $2,995, representing a significant savings of nearly 50%. Registration closes on October 1st.
