Kuiken Brothers Company announced it has reached an agreement to acquire Paramus Building Supply, including its locations in Paramus and Bergenfield, New Jersey.

The addition of the Paramus and Bergenfield, New Jersey, locations significantly strengthens Kuiken Brothers’ presence in the northern New Jersey market. More inventory positioned closer to customers, additional delivery capacity and two experienced teams give the company greater flexibility to move material throughout Bergen County and the surrounding region.
