ECI Recognizes Community Champion and Business Innovator Award Winners

ECI Software Solutions announced the winners for its Everyday Hero Award and Customer Excellence Award for 2024.

Rachel Schoolfield of Samco Business Products is the winner of the 2024 Everyday Hero Award, a program honoring ECI customers who go the extra mile to make a difference in their communities. Schoolfield was recognized for her charity work with the Human Trafficking Coalition of Central Missouri.

The Customer Excellence Award honors visionaries using ECI’s business technology to drive digital growth in their businesses. A North Carolina-based lumber business, Fitch Lumber Company, won this award for doubling revenue and increasing profits by 400% while only increasing staff by 10% in 2024.
