The deadline to participate in the North American Hardware and Paint Association‘s (NHPA) 2022 Cost of Doing Business Study has been extended to July 15.

Each year, this financial benchmarking tool delivers data and insights that allow retailers to increase profits, cut costs and strategize for their financial future and success. It’s free, easy and completely confidential to participate.

For your participation in the study, you will receive a free copy of the study ($499 value), a personalized financial analysis with your company’s financial results compared to industry averages, a what-if scenario generator to calculate how small changes can make a big impact and your company’s financial ratios and other financial metrics.


How to Participate

Participate in the 2022 Cost of Doing Business Study to receive free access to the study’s results and a personalized financial analysis. Choose from one of four easy ways to share your information:

Complete the online Cost of Doing Business Study form and upload your 2021 year-end financial documents.

Email It
Send your company information and 2021 year-end financial statements to NHPA CFO David Gowan at dgowan@yournhpa.org.

Mail the Survey
Print and complete the survey using your 2021 year-end financial data and mail it to NHPA.

Mail Your Statements
Fill out the company information section of the survey, attach a copy of your 2021 year-end financial statements and mail them to NHPA.
