Shipping Box Drawings Bring Smiles

What started as a random request from a customer has turned into a customer engagement opportunity for Harry J. Epstein Co. in Kansas City, Missouri. When a customer places an online order for home delivery, they can request a drawing on their shipping box by leaving what they would like drawn on their shipping box in the comments section.

The box started when a customer randomly asked for a flying dolphin to be drawn on their box. The company obliged, and from there, box art sprung to life.
