Big C Lumber announced the promotion of Courtney Kaptur to general manager of its location in Three Oaks, Michigan.
Kaptur began her career with the company as a kitchen and bath designer and later advanced to assistant manager at the Three Oaks store, where she contributed to the layout and design of an ongoing remodel project.
“Courtney began her career as a kitchen and bath designer and quickly became one of our most successful employees, thanks to her strong personality and natural ability to connect with customers,” says Bill Wallace, Big C Lumber president and CEO. “These strengths became even more evident after her promotion to assistant manager at our Three Oaks location. Courtney played a key role in the layout and design of the remodel that will be completed soon, and she now has the opportunity to see the results of her hard work as general manager of the Three Oaks location.”
In her new role, Kaptur will oversee store operations and lead the team at the Three Oaks location as the remodel nears completion.
