Ace Hardware Recognized for Customer Experience

Ace Hardware has been honored with an award from the Professional Association for Customer Experience (PACE). Ace has earned the Customer Experience Award for Corporate Customer Commitment.

According to a press release by Ace Hardware, this is the first-ever award of its kind. This recognition is given to individual companies that demonstrate exceptional experiences for their customers, employees and community. It is designed to recognize the best and the brightest in the customer engagement industry.

“Ace Hardware is honored to accept the first-ever PACE CXE Award for Corporate Customer Commitment,” says Jimmy Alexander, Senior Vice President, Customer Care. “For more than 90 years, Ace has been dedicated to delivering a level of customer service that truly amazes our customers, not only within our stores and at our corporate office, but in the communities we serve.”

The press release also says that Ace Hardware has a customer care team dedicated to addressing customer, retailer and employee needs, available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.
