SRS Distribution Inc. recently announced that it has acquired LS Building Products, a wholesale distributor of roofing, lumber, siding, windows and doors, millwork and other complementary building materials. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Founded in 1950, LS is owned and operated today by Troy Reed, Matt Jaeger and Dan Schumacher. The company operates four distribution centers and three production facilities throughout central Illinois and employs a team of 220 employees. Troy, Matt and Dan will continue to lead the company going forward.

SRS Distribution was acquired by Home Depot in June 2024 for $18.25 billion.
