Carr Hardware Gives Free Christmas Trees to Community

This holiday season, Carr Hardware spread Christmas cheer to its community by offering free Christmas trees to local veterans and families facing financial difficulties. 

Trees were given away on a first-come, first-served basis. The tree giveaway is an annual tradition for Carr Hardware, serving as an opportunity for the store to pour back into its community.

“We believe it’s important that everyone who wants a tree can get one this holiday season,” says Bart Raser, Carr Hardware president. “We’ve been doing this for many years, and it continues to be warmly received by the community, so we’re happy to continue.”

Trees were available at Carr Hardware locations throughout Berkshire County, Massachusetts, including locations in Pittsfield, Lennox, Lee, North Adams and Great Barrington, Massachusetts.
