The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) recently opened online registration and housing for the 2026 NAHB International Builders’ Show (IBS).
The largest annual light construction trade show will take place in Orlando, Florida, from February 17-19, 2026. This will be the show’s final year in Orlando before relocating to Las Vegas in 2027.
“As we head into our final show in Orlando, we are thrilled to once again host attendees from across the globe for the housing industry’s premier event,” says NAHB chairman Buddy Hughes, a homebuilder and developer from Lexington, North Carolina. “This is the once-a-year opportunity for our industry to network with colleagues, participate in countless education opportunities and see ground-breaking new products from all the top manufacturers. Our attendees walk away with concrete new skills and knowledge, business connections and solutions to bring back to their own businesses.”
Industry educational opportunities, access to innovative products and demonstrations on the show floor and networking opportunities will all take place at the Orange County Convention Center. Over 115,000 attendees are expected to attend, making the event the largest annual gathering of the residential design and construction industry globally.
