Via 3 visits to NRHA’s Indianapolis headquarters, program participants benefit from interactive workshops, multiplatform learning and direct feedback from entrepreneurship educators to develop their retail leadership skills.
The program culminates with a business improvement project developed specifically to strengthen the student’s business. Along the way, they receive candid feedback from peers, industry experts, other business owners and others to ensure their program is on track to help their business excel.
