Hardware Retailing November: Conveying Leadership

Effective, empowering leadership can transform companies. That’s why leading with purpose is the main focus of the November 2018 issue of Hardware Retailing.

In the issue, discover how the North American Retail Hardware Association’s (NRHA) Retail Leadership Institute has helped two retailers capitalize on the skills they developed in the program to lead their operations. In addition, learn how the owner of nine Illinois hardware stores uses business lessons learned outside the hardware industry to find new ways to streamline his operations.

No matter what their position may be, every employee at a home improvement operation has the opportunity to motivate other staffers and represent their business proudly. In the November issue of Hardware Retailing, dive into home improvement leadership and learn ways retailers can become more effective guides for employees, customers and entire communities.
