As he helped his parents prepare for a major remodel of the family store, Ransdell took the lead in updating technology, expanding categories, creating a new look for the building and hosting special events. Since the completion of the remodel, he has witnessed a more diverse customer base shopping his store. Overall store sales increased 10 percent in 2014.
