True Value and Toro Announce Expanded Partnership

True Value Company announced an expanded partnership agreement with Toro during the general session of its 2022 Fall Reunion. The partnership will provide True Value’s independently owned retailers access to the complete line of Toro’s battery-powered Flex-Force® 60V outdoor power equipment.

“We are thrilled to be bolstering our partnership with an industry-leading brand and provide our retailers access to the very best equipment and customer service from Toro. As one of the leading global manufacturers of outdoor power equipment, it is no surprise that Toro is bringing cutting-edge innovation to the outdoor DIY community,” says Jake Kalnitz, senior vice president of merchandising, inventory and pricing at True Value. “This is a real differentiator for us that will allow our retailers to provide their customers with a truly advanced, next-generation range of power tool solutions for every season and every job.”

This solidified partnership marks another step forward for True Value as it strengthens its product offerings for its customers. The entire lineup of Toro’s Flex-Force battery-powered product platform will be available for shipment to retail stores in Q1 2023.

“What better way to empower our communities and neighborhoods to take pride in their outdoor spaces than by partnering with True Value—a company whose stores are independently owned and have everything homeowners need for the outdoors, including Toro equipment,” says Greg Janey, vice president residential and landscape contractor business and CTRI enterprise technology at Toro. “We’re proud to offer True Value customers smart, best-in-class outdoor power equipment, powered by Toro’s 60V Flex-Force® battery platform, for one effortless solution for all their lawn care project needs.”
