Since joining in 2005, Yoder has helped increase inventory productivity, gross margin and sales every year, growing sales by 13 percent in 2012 alone. As General Manager, Yoder’s cumulative store sales have grown 40 percent. She also successfully integrated a variety of green product offerings, making the store the community’s go-to location for eco-friendly supplies.
Willow Yoder is one of 8 winners of this year’s Young Retailer of the Year Award.
