Westlake Ace Hardware Acquires Augusta Ace Home Center

Westlake Ace Hardware recently announced its acquisition of Augusta Ace Home Center in Augusta, Kansas. The acquisition will occur on March 17.

Augusta Ace Home Center is currently owned by Pat and Diane Herian, who have owned the store for over 20 years. The Herian’s and current personnel at the store will remain after the acquisition.

“We are excited for our employees and customers that Westlake Ace Hardware is acquiring Augusta Ace Home Center,” Pat says. “In addition to their solid reputation and strong commitment to community service, Westlake Ace’s extensive resources and focus on operational excellence will help this store grow and thrive for many years to come”

Following the acquisition, Augusta Ace will take the Westlake Ace Hardware name.
