Earlier this week, 360pi, a retail price and product intelligence company, announced a partnership with True Value. According to a press release by 360pi, the company “will provide True Value with competitive pricing intelligence spanning 50,000 branded and unbranded products over hundreds of regional zones.” The press release also states that this will help bring a competitive edge within local markets as well as helping drive conversions and revenue.
According to Ken Goodgame, senior vice president and chief merchandising officer at True Value, 360pi understands the company and the insights they need. “360pi helps our category managers make timely and well-informed pricing decisions. We are now even better positioned to play in the highly competitive and localized home renovations market,” Goodgame says.
