The Products Customers Need to Stay Organized

A recent survey from YouGov, conducted on behalf of productivity app creator Evernote, found that 41 percent of New Year’s resolutions involve getting more organized or being more productive.

Whether they make it a resolution or not, many homeowners are looking for solutions to keep their homes organized and decluttered, leading to an increased demand for home organization products.

By 2023, spending on organization items is expected to reach $12.7 billion, according to the U.S. Home Organization Products Market Report 2021.

Aid your customers’ organizational efforts by merchandising these products to show how the items can be used to contain clutter and create orderly spaces.

3 Merchandising Tips to Boost Sales

Baskets, Boxes and Tubs
Create displays and endcaps that show customers how they can organize and store different items in baskets. Put items you already sell, like toys, in the baskets to encourage impulse sales.

Closet Organization
From custom-built wood systems to metal closet shelves to traditional wood hanging rods, offer options to fit different needs and budgets. And don’t forget the hangers!

Pantry Products
Display clear containers with food items inside to show how they can help organize the pantry. Other products like spice racks, lazy susans and label makers complete the sale.
