Steps to Take When Considering Apple Pay

While most Apple fanatics already have their hands on the new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, Apple Pay is expected to launch later in October. While you may or may not be giving thought to Apple Pay in your operation, many consumers will be eagerly waiting to test out the payment system. If mobile payments are going to gain traction among consumers, retailers considering early adoption to mobile payment systems may gain a competitive edge.

According to an article by Business News Daily, if you are considering offering mobile payment systems in your business, there are three steps you must take.

The article says retailers should research and discuss options with their POS vendor or credit card processors, talk with their customers and feel out their interests, and watch their competitors to see what steps they are taking.
