Southeast Building Supply Interests (SBSI) recently announced several organizational leadership promotions in the company.
Rob Eaton will continue providing sales and operational leadership for Alpha Building Supply in Montgomery, Alabama, and Buettner Brothers Lumber Company in Cullman, Alabama. In addition, Rob will continue leading SBSI’s information technology organization, including infrastructure development, enterprise software implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the company.
Glenn Hoy, division president for North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia, will continue providing sales and operational leadership for Henson Building Materials, Haywood Builders Supply and Mountain Building Supply. Ryan Hamsley, general manager of Henson Building Materials in Perry, Georgia, will now report through Glenn’s organization. In addition to his operational responsibilities, Glenn will continue leading the company’s installed sales initiative while driving the development and execution of SBSI’s outdoor living strategy, including formalized go-to-market programs centered on decking and related product categories.
Ronnie Horton has been promoted to divisional president, Tennessee. In his expanded role, Ronnie will provide leadership for both Wallace Building Supply and Builders Supply Company in Indian Mound, Tennessee, and Tullahoma, Tennessee, respectively. Glenn Holston and the Builders Supply team will now report through Ronnie’s organization. Ronnie will also oversee the company’s multifamily sales efforts throughout Tennessee.
Sara Kincaid will begin transitioning into a financial planning & analysis (FP&A) role, where she will focus on financial reporting, planning, budgeting and business analysis to support operational decision-making across SBSI.
