RONA inc. announced it was recently recognized for the first time as one of the Best Workplaces in the Retail and Hospitality category by Great Place to Work Canada. This distinction celebrates organizations that have created cultures in which every individual can succeed.

The award is given based on the Great Place to Work survey’s trust index, evaluating company culture, employee experience and level of trust, pride and camaraderie in the organization.
Earlier this year, RONA was also named one of Canada’s greenest employers on the Canada’s Greenest Employers list, recognizing the company’s commitment to sustainability and environmental awareness efforts.
