QXO Hits $3.25 Billion in Q2 Net Sales

QXO Inc. has released its financial results for the second quarter of 2026, reporting net sales of $3.25 billion for the quarter, up from $1.91 billion in the second quarter of 2025.

“Our second-quarter results reflect current market conditions and the progress we are making across the company,” says Brad Jacobs, chairman and chief executive officer of QXO. “We have begun upgrading technology across the company to deliver best-in-class customer service and meaningful financial growth. Following the completion of the TopBuild acquisition on July 1, QXO is the second-largest publicly traded building products distributor in North America, with greater scale and a broader presence at customers’ job sites. We are focused on our plan to more than double EBITDA by 2030 and reach $50 billion in revenue within the decade.”

Adjusted diluted earnings per common share was $0.08 in the second quarter and adjusted net income for the quarter was 130 million, up from $109 million in Q2 2025. The company’s adjusted EBITDA was $272 million for the three months ended June 30, 2026, outperforming analyst expectations of $252.84 million by more than $19 million. QXO’s revenue for the quarter also beat analyst estimates of $3.178 billion by $68 million.

Notably, QXO also completed the acquisition of TopBuild on July 1, adding to its portfolio of acquisitions in recent months.
