Maverick’s PT-50 is a Thermocouple Thermometer with an LCD readout that rotates 180 degrees for convenient viewing. Its thin tip enables easy measurement, displaying an accurate reading between -40 degrees Fahrenheit to 660 degrees Fahrenheit in under 5 seconds. The PT-50 automatically turns on when the probe is opened and turns off when it’s closed. The LCD can be locked once the desired temperature is reached and is backlit. To calibrate, place the probes in ice or boiling water. It measures in Fahrenheit or Celsius, includes a low battery indicator and runs on two AAA batteries.
