The Uuni Pro Outdoor Oven can cook a pizza in 60 seconds and sear steaks and cook stews in an outdoor space. The oven can cook with wood, charcoal, pellets and gas. It can also cook with a pellet burner or gas burner, which are each sold separately. The oven heats up quickly, reaching 932 F (500 C) in 20 minutes.
