Yelp recently released its 2026 Fastest Growing Brands report, highlighting the 50 companies that achieved the most impressive growth and consumer momentum over the past year. The ranking is based on a combined weighted metric of net new business openings, consumer interest and Yelp searches in 2025 compared to 2024.
The top five brands ranked on the list include 7 Brew, Smoothie King, Bojangles, Sprouts Farmers Market and Paris Baguette, suggesting a change in consumer interest. Yelp noted drive-thru beverages led growth in consumer interest among brands on the site.
Home improvement made a strong appearance on the list, with Ace Hardware ranking No. 25, Lowe’s ranking No. 32 and Harbor Freight rounding out the list at No. 50.
“Value has evolved,” says Sarah Chang, vice president, head of enterprise at Yelp. “It’s no longer just about price—it’s about what a brand gives you in return for your attention and your time. The fastest-growing brands deliver joy for every dollar spent. They give consumers control, whether that’s countless drink combinations, a bookstore where every shelf feels hand-picked or a chicken sandwich customized to your exact specifications. Personalization is what’s driving loyalty today.”
On a local level, the report found that brands emphasizing on personalization led to noticeable growth in many states. Ace Hardware was noted as the fastest growing brand in Alaska, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont.
