Do you know how your operation stacks up compared to typical and high-profit operators in the industry?
The North American Hardware and Paint Association (NHPA) is now inviting hardware stores, home centers, lumberyards and paint and decorating retailers to participate in the 2021 Cost of Doing Business Study. For more than 100 years, NHPA has collected information from independent retailers for the study. Each year, this financial benchmarking tool delivers data and insights that allow retailers to increase profits and strategize for their financial future and success.
The final day to submit your operation’s financial data is June 30. By participating in the study, you’ll receive a free copy of the study along with a personalized financial analysis of your operation with ratios and other financial tools.
“Participation in the Cost of Doing Business Study gives you access to data for typical and high-performing operations in the industry so you can benchmark your performance,” says David Gowan, NHPA chief financial officer and executive vice president of business services. “It allows you to make informed decisions to better position your operation for years to come.”
