Orgain Building Supply recently gave their showroom a remodel, transforming it into a comprehensive design center. The store celebrated the grand opening of its newly renovated showroom in May, inviting contractors, remodelers, homeowners and the community of Clarksville, Tennessee, to enjoy the new space.
At the event, attendees received guided tours of the showroom, vendor demonstrations, product showcases and had the opportunity to explore the space firsthand. Shifting from a traditional display place to a comprehensive design center, customers are now able to explore flooring, roofing, cabinetry, countertops, paint and other elements all in one convenient location.
The renovation was completed in approximately six months and represents the next phase in Orgain Building Supply’s plan to enhance customer experience. Their goal with this new showroom is to minimize miscommunication, streamline ordering and improve project outcomes.
General manager Chuck Mailloux says the goal of the redesigned showroom is to change the experience for customers and streamline the process. Customers now can find everything they need in one place and don’t have to visit multiple locations to get what they need.
“What we’ve created here is really built around helping people visualize the full project,” Mailloux says. “Instead of sending customers to multiple locations or working off separate samples, everything is now in one place. It allows for better conversations, better decisions and ultimately better results.”
