Plumbing manufacturer Oatey Co. announced Jim Reginelli has joined the organization as senior vice president of quality and engineering.
Reginelli joins the company from Kichler Lighting, where he served as vice president of product development, among other roles. Reginelli has over 20 years of experience leading product development, driving innovation and optimizing operations from research and development to full-scale manufacturing.
“Jim is a strategic, results-driven leader with a strong technical foundation and a proven ability to align teams around complex, high-impact initiatives,” says Neal Restivo, Oatey’s chief executive officer. “His vision and leadership will be instrumental in advancing our engineering and quality functions, supporting our business objectives and delivering long-term value to our customers.”
In his new role, Reginelli will lead Oatey’s product innovation, quality strategies and engineering.

Ron Carlson has also joined Oatey Co. as senior vice president, U.S. operations.
Carlson brings 30 years of experience as an operations leader and a proven track record in the chemical and plastics industries. He joins Oatey from Novagard, where he served as vice president of operations.
In his new role, Carlson will lead Oatey U.S. manufacturing and distribution operations to drive operational excellence, strategic growth and productivity across company sites.
